Amelanchier lamarckii (Snowy Mespilus) – Multistem

Amelanchier, or Snowy Mespilus, is one of the best trees for multi-season interest. In spring, the blush flower buds appear before the leaves and open to cover the tree in delicate, white blooms. After flowering, the coppery new growth looks lovely as it comes out and changes to green. Amelanchier have small, dark berries that are popular to wildlife during the summer, and then burst into oranges and reds during the autumn.
