Delivery Policy

  • Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select and the delivery address.
  • In most cases, the costs of delivery will be displayed on our website. If it is not then there are likely to be charges for delivery which we will let you know about.
  • Delivery will be to the UK address specified in your order.
  • We will deliver the products to you as soon as we are reasonably able to do so. If you have a specific delivery date in mind then please let us know and we will try to accommodate this if possible. We will confirm the delivery date with you in any case.
  • If no one is available to accept the order at the time of delivery then we will leave a note explaining how to rearrange delivery or where you can collect your goods from.
  • If you do not rearrange delivery then we will place your goods into storage and we may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If we do not hear from you or are unable to contact you after a reasonable period of time then we may terminate the contract.
  • If you do not allow us to deliver the products to you then we may charge you for any reasonable additional costs which we incur as a result. This may include storage costs and further delivery costs.
  • All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the address specified in your order.
  • All delivery times and collection times quoted are estimates only. Delays may occur and we are not responsible for delays which are caused by matters outside of our control. We will reasonably try and keep to the agreed dates for delivery.
  • We will let you know if there is likely to be a substantial delay and you will have a right to end the contract without penalty.
  • You should advise us of any special parking requirements or loading areas in writing at the time of order. You are responsible for ensuring we have access to deliver the goods to you.
  • If you require information from us regarding delivery or installation then please contact our main office prior to the delivery date.
  • If additional work is required to deliver products or supply services to you beyond that which you have told us about at the time of the order then we will tell you about what additional works are required. It is likely that this will attract an additional cost beyond that which you have already paid. We will only carry out the extra work if you agree to it.
  • If you wish to collect the products, then you are able to do so from 8:30am to 5:30 pm on weekdays Monday to Friday. You are not able to collect products from us on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Please note – Delivery by instalments

  • The above points of the delivery policy apply in addition to delivery by instalments.
  • If it is necessary to deliver products to you in instalments, we will let you know. We will need your confirmation that you agree to delivery by instalments (for example if there is a delay in obtaining part of your order for reasons outside of our control) and if you do not agree to delivery by instalments then this may mean that your order is delayed.
