For a fresh-pleach that will feel fuller immediately, chose a smaller panel size and the foliage will cover more of the frame in the first season. Alternately, to cover a longer length more economically, choose a wider frame. The trees will take a little longer to cover the panel fully, but you will have your structure in place and ready for screening.
